9/30/2009 - GOOD NEWS IN RAINBOW SPRINGS - It appears that the court case involving the amenities charges to support the R/S Clubhouse facilities to homeowners who lived in several of the neighborhoodsand did not have a social or golf membership has been resolved legally and there will be no fees charged in 2010 and thereafter. The agreement just requires approvals by the memberships of those affected neoghborhoods.
